Insert the nozzle into the nostril and depress the pump completely while breathing in through the nose. Spray 1-2 times in each nostril, up to three times per day for no more than three days. We recommend a day of rest before resuming use. Thereafter, use only as needed when symptomatic.

Safety Sealed: Clear shrink band on spray bottle is for your protection. Do not use if seal is missing or visibly tampered with. 

Storage: Store at room temperature. 

You may experience a short temporary mild stinging, this is the effect of the honey and saline. If this continues beyond 4-5 days, please discontinue use and seek professional medical help.
