Refund policy

At AllOfBeauty.co, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you need to return a product or request a refund, please review the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

2. Return Eligibility & Condition
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@AllOfBeauty.co 

If your return request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions and, for USA orders, a printable prepaid return shipping label. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping & Fee

USA orders: if a return is requested due to a change of mind, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided. A $30.00 USD restocking fee will be deducted from the refund; this fee is waived for orders with a total value below $30.00 USD.

International orders: return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and no restocking fees apply.

Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, no fees apply. We will provide a printable prepaid return shipping label and issue a full refund or replacement. Incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

USA Orders: For Standard Shipping (Shipping Protection is not purchased), coverage follows the liability limits and policies set by carrier (USPS and UPS). Any loss or damage claims are handled in accordance with the carrier’s terms, conditions, and claim approval process. Customers may be required to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. If you are unable to file a claim, please contact us and we will assist you where possible. Carrier claim links are available on the Track Order page. Standard carrier liability for USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground typically provides coverage of up to $100 USD, subject to carrier approval and service terms. If Shipping Protection is purchased, eligible items that are lost or damaged during transit will be replaced or refunded.

International Orders: For Standard Shipping (Shipping Protection is not purchased), compensation for lost or damaged international shipments is not guaranteed. USPS FCPIS does not provide insurance coverage for international shipments. If an order is shipped via UPS Standard, customers may be eligible to file a claim directly with UPS, subject to UPS terms, conditions, and claim approval. Where applicable, UPS carrier liability typically covers up to $100 USD. Carrier claim links can be found on the Track Order page. If Shipping Protection is purchased, eligible items that are lost or damaged during transit will be replaced or refunded.

Reporting Damage: If Shipping Protection was purchased, please contact us at info@AllOfBeauty.co within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged item and its original packaging. Eligible lost or damaged items will be replaced or refunded.

7. International Duties & Taxes (DDU)
All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). The recipient is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. Packages held, delayed, or stopped by customs are outside of our control and are not covered under Shipping Protection. Coverage applies exclusively to loss or damage occurring while the shipment is in transit with the carrier. Any customs clearance requirements or additional charges necessary to release a shipment are the responsibility of the recipient.

8. Delivery Failures

If delivery fails due to customer error, non-response, refusal, or incorrect address/contact details, the order is not eligible for Shipping Protection, refund, or replacement.

9. Delivered Shipments

Once carrier tracking confirms delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout, the order is deemed successfully delivered, and no refunds for loss or non-receipt will be accepted.

10. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status within 3 business days.

  • Approval: If approved, the refund is automatically processed to your original payment method.
  • Timeline: Please remember it can take up to 10 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
