1. Shipping Origin & Carriers
All orders are shipped directly from our warehouses and suppliers located in the United States using USPS and UPS. For USA orders, we use USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground. For international orders, we use USPS First-Class Package International Service (FCPIS) or UPS Standard, depending on destination and service availability.
2. Standard Shipping Rates
USA Shipping: A flat rate of $20 applies to orders under $30, and a flat rate of $10 applies to orders of $30 or more.
International Shipping: Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
3. Order Processing & Delivery Timeline
Our total delivery time is calculated by adding Handling Time and Transit Time. All days refer to business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays)
· Order Cut-off Time: 12:00 PM (PST) Pacific Standard Time.
· Handling Time: 0 – 2 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
· Estimated Transit Time (USA): 1 – 5 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
· Estimated Transit Time (International): 7 – 12 Business Days (Monday – Friday).

While we strive to deliver all orders on time, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Protection & Insurance
To provide additional peace of mind, we offer optional Shipping Protection, which can be selected on the Cart Page prior to checkout.
USA Orders: For Standard Shipping (Shipping Protection is not purchased), coverage follows the liability limits and policies set by carrier (USPS and UPS). Any loss or damage claims are handled in accordance with the carrier’s terms, conditions, and claim approval process. Customers may be required to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. If you are unable to file a claim, please contact us and we will assist you where possible. Carrier claim links are available on the Track Order page. Standard carrier liability for USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground typically provides coverage of up to $100 USD, subject to carrier approval and service terms. If Shipping Protection is purchased, eligible items that are lost or damaged during transit will be replaced or refunded.
International Orders: For Standard Shipping (Shipping Protection is not purchased), compensation for lost or damaged international shipments is not guaranteed. USPS FCPIS does not provide insurance coverage for international shipments. If an order is shipped via UPS Standard, customers may be eligible to file a claim directly with UPS, subject to UPS terms, conditions, and claim approval. Where applicable, UPS carrier liability typically covers up to $100 USD. Carrier claim links can be found on the Track Order page. If Shipping Protection is purchased, eligible items that are lost or damaged during transit will be replaced or refunded.
5. International Duties & Taxes (DDU)
All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). The recipient is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. Packages held, delayed, or stopped by customs are outside of our control and are not covered under Shipping Protection. Coverage applies exclusively to loss or damage occurring while the shipment is in transit with the carrier. Any customs clearance requirements or additional charges necessary to release a shipment are the responsibility of the recipient.
6. Cancellations & Address Changes
Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order is in transit. If an address change is required before dispatch, please contact us immediately. Orders are processed promptly to ensure fast delivery, and cancellations may not be possible once an order has been submitted. If shipment cannot be stopped, please refer to our Return Policy after delivery.
7. Tracking
All orders are shipped with a tracking number. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details once your order has been handed over to the carrier.
