Hally Hair Color Cloud is a salon-inspired demi-permanent hair color foam designed to refresh hair tone with a soft, dimensional finish. The deposit-only formula adds color without lightening natural hair, while results may vary based on starting shade and hair condition. Its ammonia-free and PPD-free formula includes conditioning ingredients such as chamomile, aloe, and lavender extracts to support softness while coloring.
For application, combine the color with the developer, shake thoroughly, and apply to clean, dry hair in sections while wearing gloves. Saturate evenly from root to tip, leave on for 40 minutes, then rinse, shampoo, and condition as usual. Allow hair to dry fully before contact with clothing, towels, or pillows. Color gradually fades with washing over up to 25 washes. A strand test is recommended before full application. Pre-lightening may be needed for brighter results on darker hair, and the formula is not intended to provide gray hair coverage as a dye.
