Dazzle Dry Nail Lacquer in Sugar Dipped delivers a sheer reddish pink color with a buildable jelly finish. Designed as Step 3 in the Dazzle Dry system, this 0.5 fl oz lacquer works with Nail Prep, Base Coat and Top Coat to create a fast-drying manicure for natural nails. The lacquer dries in seconds, helping make application convenient and reducing the opportunity for mistakes. Once the full system is applied and the Top Coat has been added, the manicure sets in approximately five minutes. The formula is made without formaldehyde, camphor, sulfuric acid, parabens or SLS, and Dazzle Dry states that its products are free from reactive ingredients, animal byproducts and animal testing.
