Dazzle Dry Nail Lacquer in Fresh Start provides a semi-sheer, cream-finish manicure in a soft milky lavender gray. As Step 3 of the Dazzle Dry system, it is formulated for use with Nail Prep, Base Coat, and Top Coat to create a quick-drying manicure on natural nails. The lacquer dries in seconds, helping reduce the chance of mistakes during application. After the Top Coat is applied, the complete system sets in approximately five minutes and delivers salon-quality wear without a UV lamp. The formula is hypoallergenic and free from reactive ingredients, animal byproducts, and animal testing. It is also free from formaldehyde, camphor, sulfuric acid, parabens, and SLS. Color and finish may appear slightly different online because of photography, lighting, device settings, and screen display differences.
